Saddle Up Stables
We started in 2010 with 10 acres with hopes of riding trails. we had 2 horses and the shell of a soon to be 3 stall barn, the idea being to add on as we went, with one overhang and 2 pastures.
Now we have 23 acres 5 acres of trails, 3 stalls, 8 run-in sheds, 13 pastures 6 automatic waters, a round pen and 10 horses. currently building and indoor riding arena,
Plan: We have plans for an 120x65 indoor riding arena with a 65x35 barn with 8 stalls. Again only having the shell, adding on as we go. Outdoor wash bay and hopes for an apartment over the barn. Once we have this we will be able to do more boarding and rent the arena out, along with the smaller barn. We hope to build 4 more run in sheds and add 6 more automatic waterers.
